I come here twice a week at least. Bagels are great. Take it from a lifetime NYer. HOWEVER - big however - the woman manager who runs the place is extremely abusive to her employees. Even with a full store, she openly curses them out (screaming). Every. Time. Meanwhile, the employees are the ones actually making the food, which is always 5 stars. Management should really consider replacing that manager. She's extremely unpleasant and openly abusive to the employees, who deserve better.
